Shipping policy

You can use your order number from VZN FRAMES which is supplied instantly after the order is processed and dispatched from our warehouse via email for any tracking purposes. 

Please note that orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Note:  due to customs, some countries may have delivery delays.

Import taxes and custom duties

If you're outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs fees. These are usually charged once your parcel arrives in its destination country, and it's the recipient's sole responsibility to pay these. If you do not pay, your order will be held or returned back to us. VZN Frames has no control over these charges and are unable to tell you what the cost may be, as policies vary from country to country. Any import taxes or custom duties are not refundable.
